Most health content is written for everyone, which means it's written for no one. Generic advice. Vague promises. A blog post you bookmark and never open again.
This is different because it's a doctor's protocol, not an influencer's tips. Each step is specific enough to start using the day you read it. Each email tells you exactly what to do, why it works, and what to expect when you do it.
Some people will read these 5 emails, execute the protocol on their own, and get results. Most won't — not because they're not capable, but because doing it alone is exactly what hasn't been working. That's the gap I built my practice to fill.
